Note - To be eligible for a refund, the parent or guardian must provide a detailed explanation of the dissatisfaction with the tutoring service.
Refund Policy for Parents -
If you have canceled or denied the tuition after being confirmed, in that case, if you
(i) Demand for Tutor Replacement - The company is eligible to deduct the payment with respect to the number of days you have taken the tuition classes from the tutor. Once the payment is settled, we will help you find the right replacement for the same (if available).
(ii) Demand for Complete Refund - In any case there arises, where there is no replacement for the tutor, in that case, the company is entitled to refund you complete payment after deducting the tutor fee with respect to the number of days classes are taken.
(iii) Requirement Cancel - In any circumstances if a parent/ student Cancels the complete requirement after tuition is confirmed, The Company holds the right to refund the payment after deducting the registration charges, GST amount, and amount for the number of classes taken.
Refund Policy for Tutors -
(i) In any circumstances, if a Tutor cancels or denies the tuition after being done, without the completion of the term of 1 month, then the company is not liable to pay any amount to the tutor.
(ii) In a situation, where the parent has canceled the tuition, the Tutor is entitled to get the payment for the number of days he has taken the classes within the timeframe provided by the Company.
(i) If in case, after a successful demo and consent of both parties, the teacher misbehaves or absents himself/herself from the tuition without any valid reason or has done something wrong with the student, which cannot be tolerated, the student has the right to cease tuition under the teacher and after such cessation, the teacher will not get any amount or fee.
(ii) A tutor and a tutorial center hereby acknowledge that OTOO is not liable to the Tutor for reimbursement of any fees decided upon as a result of these Terms in the event of any cancellation of any Contract or Tuition for any reason.
(iii) Under any circumstances, no advance payment is to be made to the tutor by a parent. In any situation, if a parent provides any advance amount to the tutor, the company is not liable for any case, fraud, or any situation that arises.
